Yes, you’re welcome to apply to any internships that interest you. We encourage you to focus on roles that align closely with your field of study or career goals.

Our internship program runs for 10 weeks, typically from early June through mid- August. Interns are expected to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the program.

Currently, all of our internships are offered as a 10-week experience during the summer.

Most of our internships are designed for students who have one year remaining in their academic program (e.g., college juniors entering their senior year). Some roles may be open to students pursuing a master’s degree. Eligibility details are always outlined in the job description.

• Yes! All Nordstrom internship programs are paid.

Internships take place onsite at our corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA. Nordstrom provides travel to and from the program at the beginning and end, as well as housing for the duration of the internship.

At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas or work authorizations for internship roles.

The internship interview process includes several steps:

• Application – Candidates apply through our Careers site. Internship roles are typically posted around September 1.
• Initial Review – A recruiter reviews all applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Initial Assessment – Selected candidates will be invited to complete an on-demand assessment designed to better understand their experience and interests.
• Virtual Interviews – Top candidates will be invited to participate in virtual interviews with members of the business group. These typically take place in October.
• Offers – Final decisions and offers are extended by early November.
