Senior Product Manager - Product Excellence (Hybrid - Seattle)

As a Senior Product Manager on our Product Excellence team, you will hold a key role in shaping our organizations future by ensuring the successful launch, continuous improvement, and widespread adoption of new Product Management tooling that will be used across our product management, business and technology teams.  

 

A day in the life…   

  • Oversee the implementation of the new Product tools; in collaboration, design the architecture, configure the settings, and ensure the seamless integration with existing systems and workflows  

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer and business needs, pain points and opportunities, define roadmap and deliver, features, and refinements for our Product Roadmap Tools, drawing from your rich understanding of the product lifecycle from conception to delivery  

  • Showcase your expertise by conducting product demos and delivering training sessions that illuminate how the tool can enhance the entire product management journey  

  • Engage proactively with the tool's vendor, advocating for necessary adjustments, updates, and optimizations to meet our evolving needs  

  • Leverage user feedback and usage data to spot opportunities for enhancements and translate those insights into actionable strategies  

  • Engage with our product managers and engineers to intimately comprehend their workflows and challenges, allowing you to tailor the tool to harmonize seamlessly with their processes  

  • Remain at the cutting edge of product management techniques and tools, introducing innovative solutions to our practices  

 

You own this if you have…   

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience of product management experience required, technology or ecommerce company preferred  

  • A proven track record in launching and sustaining products, with a strong preference for experience in product tools such as Aha!, Productboard, or similar solutions  

  • Proficiency in communicating effectively, enabling you to articulate ideas, educate teams, and collaborate adeptly with stakeholders across functions  

  • An innate ability to synthesize user feedback and data, channeling these insights into informed product decisions and enhancements  

  • A deep-rooted understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, allowing you to grasp how the tool can optimally augment the user experience  

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, enabling you to seamlessly integrate the tool into existing workflows and processes  

  • Impeccable organizational prowess, essential for juggling multiple tasks and priorities concurrently, and ensuring the tool remains polished and responsive  

  • A curious, early-adopter mindset

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$142,000.00 - $220,500.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
