Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain - Elizabethtown, PA

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager with strong warehouse leadership and distribution center operations experience to support our fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. In this role, you will develop leaders, drive operational efficiency, oversee KPI performance, and execute warehouse strategies that support safety, quality, and productivity.

The Senior Operations Manager is an experienced, strategic people leader with 5–7 years of experience leading managers and driving fulfillment center, logistics operations, or warehouse operations management. You will guide the development of leaders, influence engagement, support succession planning, and manage key programs, processes, and performance metrics across the operation.

Shift Information

This role is on our D Shift (Night Shift / Weekend Shift):

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

  • Tuesday: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

This schedule is ideal for leaders who thrive in overnight operations, enjoy 12‑hour shifts, and excel in weekend night shift leadership.

A Day in the Life…

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will:

  • Drive results tied to safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and overall warehouse performance

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~7 Operations Managers and their supporting teams across multiple departments

  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train high‑performing leaders to strengthen our leadership pipeline and support succession planning

  • Use strong judgment and data‑driven decision‑making to solve complex operational challenges

  • Promote equity, consistency, and inclusion across the network

  • Meet financial expectations by managing budgets, monitoring variances, and initiating corrective actions

  • Drive KPI metrics, 4DX initiatives, operational scorecards, and continuous improvement projects

  • Partner with onsite and virtual operational support teams to test, pilot, and implement building‑wide solutions

  • Improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and support scalable operational performance

You Own This If You Have…

  • 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution center leadership, or logistics management in a managerial capacity

  • Experience managing and developing managers in a high‑volume environment

  • Strong time‑management capabilities and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced operation

  • Proven success in leadership development, coaching, and supporting manager‑level growth

  • Deep knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational analytics

  • Demonstrated success managing projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong ability to interpret data and drive action based on improvement opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$80,500.00 - $135,500.00 Annual
