Senior Operations Manager - Inventory Control & Quality Assurance - Supply Chain - Elizabethtown, PA

The Senior Operations Manager - ICQA will support the FC team in maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards within the site and in alignment with standards set across the network. This role will assist in the development and implementation of inventory control processes and quality assurance programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow within the organization. This is an on-site role, requiring close collaboration with building operations and other cross-functional partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience for outbound orders and through inventory integrity.

A day in the life…

  • Assist in the execution of inventory control and quality assurance strategies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of best practices for inventory controls and quality assurance programs ensuring compliance in execution across teams.
  • Help monitor inventory accuracy and quality to/from internetwork buildings and customers.
  • Assist in resolving inventory imbalances between WMS and RMS and accurately assessing defect analysis and solutions.
  • Collaborate with site SC Operational Leadership to resolve identified people, process, and system errors through consultative support, leveraging root cause analysis of unit inaccuracies and quality process audit defects.
  • Coordinate with Internal and External Audit to ensure inventory verification and internal controls are in place, functioning effectively, and accurately tested. Address any failed controls promptly to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner with building operations and virtual support teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high degree of curiosity and understanding of downstream impacts of processes on the broader supply chain network and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in inventory control and quality assurance.
  • Drive KPI metrics as well as 4DX and ICQA performance scorecards

You own this if you have…

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, retail operations, inventory integrity, or quality assurance.
  • 3+ years supervisory/management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems such as Manhattan WMS, High Jump, or Oracle (preferred).
  • A high degree of curiosity and the ability to understand and articulate the downstream impacts of processes on the broader supply chain network and customer experience.
  • Commitment to supporting continuous improvement and balancing speed and accuracy in operations.
  • Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities to grow within the role.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$80,500.00 - $135,500.00 Annual
