A day in the life...  

The Alteration Business Sustainability Program Manager drives key initiatives—in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders—strengthening our talent pipeline and improving access to interested candidates across the country. This role leads the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of resources, tools, and processes that power critical programs. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized program manager who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and brings strong communication, creative problem-solving, and content development skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the Alterations Workforce Training program portfolio, partnering with Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and impactful training initiatives. 
  • Manage multiple project plans of varying size and complexity, ensuring all actions, milestones, and deliverables are documented, tracked, and communicated to drive program success. 
  • Maintain and evolve the program roadmap across the business, ensuring understanding of project goals and vision, with a focus on scalability. 
  • Support program management, including strategy, content development, delivery planning and effectiveness measurement. 
  • Design training and communication plans and produce supporting materials, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment. 
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather insights, validate content, and cocreate tools that reflect the needs of the business. 

  

You own this if you have...  

  • 3-5 years in retail strategy, program management or similar business experience  
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional programs with multiple stake-holders 
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts, and craft clear messaging for action  
  • Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities, including managing multiple projects with minimal oversight 
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently throughout evolving environments  
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn tools and processes for various roles across the organization as well as for external partnerships 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and the drive change in a complex environment  

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams  
  • Adult Learning, Training, or Education experience 
  • Non-profit or Charitable Giving experience

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
