Accounting Operations System Analysis Program Manager (Remote)

Provides strategic leadership over finance systems analysis, ensuring Oracle Cloud ERP–enabled accounting operations are scalable, well‑controlled, and aligned with business growth through strong people leadership and cross‑functional partnership.

Provides day‑to‑day leadership and direction for a systems analysis team supporting accounting and finance operations, ensuring reliable, well‑controlled, and scalable system processes. Oversees intake, prioritization, and resolution of operational issues, guides analysts through root‑cause analysis and solution design, and partners with Accounting, Finance, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system outcomes. Sets standards for analysis, documentation, and controls, mentors team members, and drives continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements to support close cycles, audits, and evolving business needs.

A day in the life...

  • Lead and develop a systems analysis team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, providing functional guidance, coaching, and clear direction on solution design aligned to accounting policy and operational needs.
  • Set expectations and standards for systems analysis across integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies, ensuring the team documents current‑state processes, identifies gaps, and delivers scalable improvements.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to the systems analysis team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, guiding analysis, validation, and end‑to‑end financial integrity.
  • Establish and maintain production support operating models by directing the team on SOPs, job aids, playbooks, SLAs, and effective stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure the team embeds strong financial controls by guiding reconciliation design, exception handling, monitoring, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and preventative root‑cause analysis.
  • Provide leadership over intake triage, backlog prioritization, governance, and release planning, enabling the team to balance production support with strategic enhancements and data integrity objectives.

You own this if you have…   

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems.
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a close‑knit, fast‑paced team environment built on collaboration and accountability.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials (implementation, optimization, or production support).
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes; ability to translate accounting needs into system requirements.

Pay Range Details
